When trying on items for the first time, please assure you are trying them in a "clean state", so that makeup/fragrance/sweat, etc., may not transfer onto the apparel making it deemed "worn/used". If signs of wear are clear/present at the time of return/exchange, the item may not be accepted due to health concerns/risk. 


Signs of wear may not be present (such as stated above) which can also include any less obvious signs such as: hair or any other type of foreign debris transfered onto apparel/items, any clear signs of sun or environmental damage (any type of discoloration or deterioration), and most importantly, the items may NOT be washed. 

If the contents of your package was damaged in any way, it must be within reason that such damage may have already been present on the items PRIOR to being packed in mailer (and may not have occurred by mishandling either during the shipment, or when receiving and opening the package). Once packages leave our site, they are no longer subject to our liability (contact shipping insurance and carrier). 


You have 7 days from the shipment received/delivery notification to inform us of any issues with your items. Shipping for your return will NOT be covered, it will be on you to pay shipping back to our store. The rest of your balance will then be paid back to you (using your original payment method) or store credit will be issued by your request via a gift card.


(Unless you can verify that the item was damaged PRIOR to shipment)


To initiate a return/exchange, just email us with your order # and item details at: or utilize the CONTACT US tab on the website. Text messages will NOT be a form of communication for order issues if you have the owner's personal phone number.

For a size exchange: You have up to 7 days from the shipment received/delivered notification to inform us that you would like to exchange for a new size (all above conditions-- Unused/new condition (only tried on) must STILL be met). You must also still have the order # and proof of purchase from us to provide us with (to reference your past purchase).

Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 in the US and it's territories.


All orders over $100 include FREE SHIPPING. 

International Orders are not available at PUMPS & QUIPS. We are looking to incorporate this in the near future. 

We ship to APO/FPO addresses. 

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, as well as any other damage that may have occurred during the shipping stage (once the carrier took possession of the package).

If your package is shown as lost, please contact the shipping insurance or carrier. If the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with your local post office. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order. 

Orders take approximately 3-7 business days to process and 3-5 to ship domestically.

Delayed of Lost Orders: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

Wrong of Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
